Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
- We have 1-year standard warranty for all batteries and motors(Including the batteries and motor in the Ebike). For controller, LCD or TFT display, it is 6-months warranty. The warranty does not cover the easy wore-out parts (for example throttle, brake lever, tire, cable, headlight, bicycle seat).
- Before shipping out, all goods have been double verified by us. If you have a quality issue with the product which buy from theebikemotorkit, please contact us at sannykung@theebikemotorkit.com to help diagnose the problem. If a product does not meet our high quality standard, we will issue you a replacement component or fix your original at no additional cost. Replacement components will only be sent after we have received your returned component or finished an inspection to determine the cause of the problems by product video.
- Do-It-Yourself modifications, normal wear, and damaged due to gross negligence or abuse are not covered by the warranty.
- For light color variation, it is not considered quality problem.
