What is your return policy?

How long is the delivery

Normally the delivery is from 3-15 business days. Different product's delivery is different. You can see how long you will receive the item on the product page and also the checkout page. And the delivery of some certain items for example the assembled stealth bomber ebike is longer because it is shipped by sea due to the heavy weight and bulky package, the delivery takes about 35-45 business days.

We have 1-year standard warranty for all batteries and motors(Including the batteries and motor in the Ebike). For controller, LCD or TFT display, it is 6-months warranty if you provide us the video to show the problems. The warranty does not cover the easy wore-out parts (for example throttle, brake lever, tire, cable, headlight, bicycle seat). For details, please check our refund and warranty policy.

Normally we always like to provide the technical service and advice after your purchase as long as you provide us videos to show the problems. So after your purchase, if there is some problem, don't be hestitated to contact us. we can always give you some advise.

How do i know the ebike conversion kit can be installed on my bike or not

To check if your bike can be installed with our ebike kit or not, you need to measure two sizes: 1, the wheel size of your bike; 2, the dropout of your bike. with this two sizes to check the ebike kit can be installled on your bike or not. Not the exact bike

I did not buy a bike from here I bought one privately and then had it worked on to get it running finally. It cost me $1500 used and another $500 in labor and parts to have it running finally. Mine does not have any fancy buttons it's just a key ignition wires to the controller and shows the bikes current voltage from about 74 volts down to about 64 before I had to charge it again. I removed a lot of wires that were supposed to come from the controller to components such as the headlights, USb controller, tail lights, brake Regen, and bike alarm. None of those are on my bike anymore I just have a basic set up enough to have it running again. I do have headlights and rear lights but from ones you can install on regular bikes. My battery is a 72 volt, controller 72volt 5000w (hasn't been used to modify any part of the bike thus far)and motor is a 5000watt, I believe but not 100% sure. It goes about 45-50 mph as tested by a car driving next to me and I haven't tested the distance it will go before recharge yet. It is fun but be sure to wear your safety equipment on yourself and on your bike and always be aware of your immediate surroundings. I wish I could review one of the bikes for sale here on this site but my bike is very similar as I've described.
