Undamaged and unused product may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30-days after receiving your items. Once the returned items arrives back in theebikemotorkit's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will be begin. 

• Returns must include all accessories;

• For non-quality related return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost;
• For quality related return, theebikemotorkit will bear the return shipping cost;
• We don't accept Used products return except it is the product problem or extremely product defects.

How to Return an Item

• To start a return, you can contact us at sannykung@theebikemotorkit.com. If your return is accepted and meet the free shipping return requirement, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• For the return which the buyer need to pay the return shipping cost, please contact us by email to get the return address. Then let us know the tracking number after you ship the items.
• Your items must be in the original packaging. Or the refund and replacement would not be issued.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
