When you can receive your order: Order Handling Time + Delivery Time. If we have stock in US, UK or Germany warehouse, we ship it from US warehouse to US buyers, from UK warehouse to UK buyers, from Germany warehouse to Europe Union buyers. The delivery normally takes about 1-5 business days. The shipping cost to these three areas (US, UK and Europe Union) is free. To the other countries, you can check the shipping cost at checkout. No import tax from Germany to Europe Union countries.

Undamaged and unused product may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14-days after receiving your items. Once the returned items arrives back in theebikemotorkit's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will be begin. 

• Returns must include all accessories;
• Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase;
• For non-quality related return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost;
• For quality related return, theebikemotorkit will bear the return shipping cost;
• We don't accept Used products return except it is the product problem or extremely product defects.

How to Return an Item

• To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted and meet the free shipping return requirement, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
• For the return which the buyer need to pay the return shipping cost, please contact us by email to get the return address. Then let us know the tracking number after you ship the items.
• Your items must be in the original packaging. Or the refund and replacement would not be issued.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

Please read carefully the condition below to see who need to pay the return shipping cost. If the conditions are not met for return or warranty, theebikemotorkit reserves the right to the exchange or refund.

Please note: To avoid malicious returns and save our labor costs and time. If the customer claimed the product defective and request return. Please provide product videos to us. At the same time, we will detect the cause of the failure after the product is returned to the warehouse. If it is man-made damage or return caused by improper use. We will charge consumers a return fee of 10%~20%, and the return shipping fee is borne by the consumer.

Refund

• Please send us a notification after you ship the item out and provide a tracking number. After we receive the item you returned and check out that the item is in good condition, we will replace or refund you. This will be issued in 5-7 business days.
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
